Pumpkin Guts

Yesterday we FINALLY had a chance to play with pumpkin guts.

Yes, after Halloween, but we finally had some time to actually sit down and work on carving our pumpkin.

The past couple of weeks have been busy and quite frankly I didn't even care if we had a pumpkin a time or two. Ssshhh....don't tell lil miss though. :)

We had a great time. Ronnie had to work so it was just us girls...oh and Anna Banana decided she wanted to have fun too so she joined us.

After that we got ready and went out to have fun at the Community Picnic that is sponsored every year by our post chapel. It was catered by the guy we all affectionately call "Chicken Man" because he drives around in this truck that makes the most awesome chicken and sandwiches and other yummy stuff. And we all carried a side dish or a dessert or both if we were feeling like spreading the wealth. Oh my word! I will have to post pics and tell you all about that later when I have a moment. Fun, fun, fun!
