URGENT PRAYERS NEEDED!!

Hello everyone!

I had another post all planned out for today but instead I really need to ask for your prayers for some friends of ours. They need them URGENTLY!

This wonderful family has had some devastating news and while I do not know the exact specifics yet I do believe in the power of prayer and I do know that any kind thoughts sent their way will help. The Brown's are a sweet family of three with a very tiny cute little girl. They just found out that the daddy of the family has some form of cancer. Like I said, we don't know specifics, we only know that he had surgery yesterday and we do not know any outcome. I know she is taking it VERY hard. They are supposed to be here in Germany until June and they are so ready to leave. I cannot imagine what they are going through now being so far away from family in a time like this. They are the best, most giving people I have ever met. Their cutie-patootie daughter is just precious, the cuteness just oozes from her veins. LOL

Please pray for this family and please continue to think of them in the next days, weeks and months. I wish I knew more information and I will pass it on as I get it but I know that this is obviously something very serious. I don't even know what to say to them or how to help at a time like this. All I can do is think of them, pray for them, and offer my hand to help in any way. This sweet family needs our help! He just had surgery for a completely different matter just a few weeks ago so they have had a couple of big whammies right in a row.

Thank you for listening and for keeping this family lifted up!

A Journey of Memories said...

Hi, I have been reading your blog just because it is military and my DH just went active. What is so weird is that my sister and brother-in-law were stationed in Germany for the past three years, they just got back this year. My sister was just checking her e-mail and was informed of the Brown's situation. They were friends of my sister and brother-in-law. We are praying for them, especially Matt as he goes through this difficult time and of course his wife...I can't imagine how devastated she is.
